Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.
- Unroll the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Spread half of the sausage mixture onto each sheet, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Tightly roll each pastry sheet into a log, starting from one long side. Press the edges to seal.
- Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels.
- Place the pinwheels onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
