Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak pieces and sear until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, sautéing until soft and translucent.
- Return the steak to the skillet. Stir in flour, coating the meat and onions evenly.
- Add beef stock and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until the mixture thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a pie pan. Spoon the steak mixture into the pie crust.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the beef mixture.
- Spread mashed potatoes over the cheese, ensuring full coverage.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
