Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Stir in ketchup and mustard, then season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
  5. Lay out the flour tortillas and evenly divide the beef mixture in the center of each.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef mixture.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll up tightly like a burrito.
  8. Place the pockets seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush the tops lightly with melted butter.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
