Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
- Stir in ketchup and mustard, then season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and evenly divide the beef mixture in the center of each.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef mixture.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll up tightly like a burrito.
- Place the pockets seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
