Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. In another skillet, melt butter and scramble the eggs to your liking.
- Split the biscuits in half. Place the bottoms on a baking sheet.
- Layer each biscuit bottom with cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, and a slice of cheese. Place the biscuit tops over the cheese.
- Bake the sandwiches in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and biscuits are slightly golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
