Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the steak pieces and cook until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Add the bell pepper slices to the skillet and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet. Add the cooked noodles.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Pour over the noodle mixture.
- Toss everything together until the noodles are well-coated and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

- For extra flavor, marinate the steak in soy sauce and ginger for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds for garnish and extra crunch.
- Feel free to substitute vegetables with your favorites like bok choy or snow peas.
