Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the steak pieces and cook until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  5. Add the bell pepper slices to the skillet and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet. Add the cooked noodles.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Pour over the noodle mixture.
  8. Toss everything together until the noodles are well-coated and heated through.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
