Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, water, maple syrup, and shredded cheese. Mix until just combined.
  4. Fold the cooked sausage into the pancake batter until evenly distributed.
  5. Grease a muffin tin and fill each section with the batter.
