Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
- In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, water, maple syrup, and shredded cheese. Mix until just combined.
- Fold the cooked sausage into the pancake batter until evenly distributed.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each section with the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm or store for a quick breakfast on the go!
