Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika together.
- Add the shrimp and corn into the bowl, tossing to coat them evenly with the butter mixture.
- Lay the shrimp and corn in a single layer on a baking sheet or roasting pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle parsley over the shrimp and corn.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
