Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and one can of water. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Add the Minute rice to the soup mixture and stir until the rice is evenly coated.
  4. Pour the rice and soup mixture into a large baking dish.
  5. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
  6. Evenly sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix over the chicken breasts.
  7. Dot the top with butter.
  8. Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
