Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and one can of water. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the Minute rice to the soup mixture and stir until the rice is evenly coated.
- Pour the rice and soup mixture into a large baking dish.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
- Evenly sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix over the chicken breasts.
- Dot the top with butter.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in advance with your favorite seasoning.
- Swap out the cream of mushroom soup for cream of celery for a different twist.
- Always ensure the chicken is fully cooked by checking that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
