Instructions
• Add warm water, melted butter, apple cider vinegar, and whisked eggs to the bread machine pan.
• In a separate bowl, mix gluten-free flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
• Pour the dry ingredients over the liquid ingredients in the bread machine.
• Do not mix—let the machine handle the process.
• Select the “gluten-free” or “basic” setting on your bread machine.
• After the first few minutes, gently scrape down the sides if needed to combine all flour.
• Close the lid and allow the machine to complete the full cycle (about 2 hours).
• Once finished, carefully remove the bread and let it cool completely before slicing.
