Instructions

• In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
• In a separate bowl, combine gluten-free flour, almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
• Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients.
• Mix until a thick dough forms.
• Transfer the dough to a pan and smooth it with wet hands.
• Cover and let it rise for 45–60 minutes.
• Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
• Press the dough evenly into a lined pizza pan.
• Let it rest for 10 minutes.
• Bake for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden.
