• In another bowl, combine gluten-free flour, almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
• Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients.
• Mix until a thick dough forms.
• Transfer the dough onto parchment paper and shape it into a thin round that fits your air fryer basket.
• Cover and let it rest for 20–30 minutes (optional but improves texture).
• Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
• Place the dough (with parchment) into the air fryer basket.
• Air fry for 8–10 minutes until lightly firm.
• Add your favorite toppings.
• Air fry again for 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
