Instructions:
- Prepare the jelly according to the packet instructions and set it aside to cool.
- Divide the strawberries between 8 individual trifle glasses.
- Pour the cooled jelly over the strawberries, just enough to cover them.
- Chill the glasses in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight, until the jelly is set.
- Once set, spoon the reduced-fat custard evenly over the jelly layer.
- Top the trifle with the fat-free natural fromage frais.
- Decorate with fresh mint sprigs and a sprinkle of edible glitter for an extra touch (optional).
