- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut biscuit dough into small bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss dough pieces with melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Layer half of the dough pieces into a greased air fryer-safe bundt pan.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and pepperoni evenly over the dough.
- Add the remaining dough pieces on top.
- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 14–16 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then carefully invert onto a plate.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce in the center for dipping.
