- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Place small mounds of shredded mozzarella (about 1–2 tablespoons each) spaced apart.
- Top each mound with 2–3 slices of pepperoni.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and optional Parmesan.
- Air fry for 5–6 minutes until melted, golden, and crispy on the edges.
- Let cool for a few minutes to crisp up before removing.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
