  2. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  3. Place small mounds of shredded mozzarella (about 1–2 tablespoons each) spaced apart.
  4. Top each mound with 2–3 slices of pepperoni.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and optional Parmesan.
  6. Air fry for 5–6 minutes until melted, golden, and crispy on the edges.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes to crisp up before removing.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
