- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, cream together softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Add flour and salt gradually, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe swirl shapes onto parchment paper or an air fryer tray.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool completely before serving to allow them to crisp up.
