- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Stir in the dry banana pudding mix.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in crushed vanilla wafers and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into small balls and place on parchment paper.
- Air fry for 7–8 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
