  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Place butter in an air fryer-safe pan and heat for 2–3 minutes until melted.
  4. Add sliced apples to the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Pour the batter evenly over the apples.
  6. Air fry for 16–18 minutes until puffed, golden, and set in the center.
  7. Remove carefully and serve immediately while warm.
  8. Optional: Top with powdered sugar, yogurt, or maple syrup.
