- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend until completely smooth.
- Place butter in an air fryer-safe pan and heat for 2–3 minutes until melted.
- Add sliced apples to the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour the batter evenly over the apples.
- Air fry for 16–18 minutes until puffed, golden, and set in the center.
- Remove carefully and serve immediately while warm.
- Optional: Top with powdered sugar, yogurt, or maple syrup.
