- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and lightly grease silicone muffin molds.
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, and baking powder.
- Pour the blended mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Divide the batter evenly into muffin molds, filling about 3/4 full.
- Air fry for 13–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before removing. Serve warm or store for later.
