Air Fryer Blueberry Pie Bombs

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Flatten each biscuit slightly into a round circle.
  3. Place about 1–2 tablespoons of blueberry pie filling in the center.
  4. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the seams tightly to seal.
  5. Brush each dough ball with melted butter.
  6. Roll the buttered dough balls in sugar (or cinnamon sugar if using).
  7. Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  8. Air fry for 7–8 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving—the filling will be hot.
