Eton Mess

Instructions

  • Prep the jelly:
    Chop the strawberry and blackcurrant jelly into small cubes and place them at the bottom of a serving glass or bowl.

  • Add the strawberries:
    Slice the fresh strawberries and layer them on top of the jelly.

  • Stir the yoghurt:
    Spoon the strawberry Greek yoghurt over the fruit and gently fold it through to create a creamy base.

  • Break the meringue:
    Crush the meringue nest into chunky pieces and sprinkle half over the yoghurt layer. Fold lightly if you want it more combined.

  • Add the marshmallows:
    Scatter the mini marshmallows and a few choc flakes over the top.

  • Finish with cream:
    Just before serving, add the lighter squirty cream and top with the remaining bits of crushed meringue.

  • Optional:
    Add an extra strawberry on top for decoration.
