Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Biscuits
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and roll them into small balls.
Step 2: Coat in Cinnamon Sugar
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together.
- Dip each biscuit ball into melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
Step 3: Bake
- Place coated bites on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
Step 4: Make the Glaze (Optional)
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla together until smooth.
- Drizzle over warm biscuit bites for that irresistible sweet finish.
Step 5: Serve
- Serve warm and watch them disappear fast! Best enjoyed with coffee or hot chocolate.
