Instructions
Step 1: Preheat
- Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
- Air Fryer: Preheat to 370°F (185°C).
Step 2: Make the Filling
- In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar, Cajun seasoning, and crumbled bacon.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
Step 3: Stuff the Jalapeños
- Spoon the shrimp mixture into each jalapeño half.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet (oven) or in the air fryer basket.
Step 4: Cook
- Oven: Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Air Fryer: Cook for 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Step 5: Garnish & Serve
- Sprinkle with fresh chives.
- Serve warm as a spicy appetizer or party bite.
