Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Tortellini
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Sear the Steak
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear until just cooked through (about 2–3 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Cook Vegetables
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil.
- Sauté onion and green bell pepper until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4: Make the Provolone Sauce
- Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and heavy cream. Stir and let simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Gradually add shredded provolone cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
Step 5: Combine & Serve
- Slice the cooked steak into bite-sized strips.
- Add steak and tortellini into the skillet, tossing to coat in sauce.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
