Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- In a small bowl, mix together pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until combined.
Step 2: Assemble Crescents
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spoon a small amount of pecan mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the dough from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling.
Step 3: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- Place crescents in the air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd).
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
- Let cool slightly before serving (filling will be hot!).
