Air Fryer Lumpia

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Filling
  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in carrot, green beans, and cabbage. Cook for another 3–4 minutes until tender.
  4. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, and black pepper. Stir well, cook for 1 more minute, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 2: Assemble Lumpia
  1. Place a lumpia wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you.
  2. Spoon about 2 tbsp of filling onto the bottom third of the wrapper.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, then roll tightly toward the top. Seal the edge with a dab of water.
  4. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Step 3: Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Lightly spray the lumpia with vegetable oil spray.
  3. Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
  4. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve hot with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
