Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in carrot, green beans, and cabbage. Cook for another 3–4 minutes until tender.
- Add soy sauce, fish sauce, and black pepper. Stir well, cook for 1 more minute, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 2: Assemble Lumpia
- Place a lumpia wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you.
- Spoon about 2 tbsp of filling onto the bottom third of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, then roll tightly toward the top. Seal the edge with a dab of water.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Step 3: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Lightly spray the lumpia with vegetable oil spray.
- Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
