Air Fryer Dirty Rice with Ground Beef

Step 1: Cook the Beef
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Place ground beef in a heatproof dish that fits inside your air fryer. Cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring halfway, until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add diced onion and bell pepper to the beef and cook in the air fryer for another 5 minutes until softened.
Step 2: Cook the Rice
  1. In the same dish, stir in rinsed rice, diced tomatoes (with liquid), chicken broth, salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
  2. Cover the dish tightly with foil. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway, until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  3. Fluff the rice with a fork and stir in parsley before serving.
