Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- Grease and line a loaf pan that fits into your air fryer basket.
Step 2: Make the Batter
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, alternating with buttermilk, mixing gently until just combined.
- Fold in chopped pecans.
Step 3: Bake in Air Fryer
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar topping.
- Place pan in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool fully before slicing.
