Step 1: Prepare the Apples
- Wash and core the apples.
- Slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch) using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Toss the slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Step 2: Season the Apples
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle over apple slices and toss to coat evenly.
Step 3: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 150°C (300°F) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange apple slices in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
- Let cool completely—they will crisp up as they cool.
