  2. Slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch) using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. Toss the slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Step 2: Season the Apples
  1. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Sprinkle over apple slices and toss to coat evenly.
Step 3: Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 150°C (300°F) for 3 minutes.
  2. Arrange apple slices in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed).
  3. Air fry for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
  4. Let cool completely—they will crisp up as they cool.
