Step 1: Make the Wrap Base
- In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, egg, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Line a piece of parchment paper to fit your air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Pour the mixture onto the parchment, spreading into a thin circle to form a wrap base.
Step 2: Air Fry the Wrap
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Air fry the wrap base for 8–10 minutes, or until it sets and edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool for 1–2 minutes before removing from parchment.
Step 3: Assemble the Wrap
- Add your favorite fillings such as sliced turkey, spinach, or avocado.
- Fold into a wrap, slice in half, and enjoy warm.
