Air Fryer Smoked Sausage with Onions and Bell Peppers

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Slice smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice onions and bell peppers into thin strips.
  3. In a large bowl, toss sausage, onions, and peppers with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Place sausage and veggies in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
  3. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until sausage is browned and veggies are tender-crisp.
