Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Slice smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice onions and bell peppers into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, toss sausage, onions, and peppers with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Place sausage and veggies in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until sausage is browned and veggies are tender-crisp.
Step 3: Serve
- Remove from air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve hot as a main dish, side, or stuffing for sandwiches and wraps.
