Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- Pat chicken fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken into beaten eggs, then coat well in breadcrumb mixture.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Place chicken fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 75°C/165°F).
Step 3: Assemble the Sandwich
- Lightly toast sandwich buns if desired.
- Spread Caesar dressing on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with crispy chicken, shredded romaine, extra Caesar dressing, and Parmesan shavings.
- Cover with the top bun and serve warm.
