Garlic Parmesan Chicken Spaghetti

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
  1. Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  2. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add mozzarella and cheddar, stirring until melted into a creamy sauce.
  5. Season with Italian seasoning, dried basil, and more Cajun seasoning if desired.
Step 4: Combine & Serve
  1. Add cooked spaghetti and chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  2. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through and creamy.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
