Step 1: Prepare the Crust
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into an air fryer-safe baking dish.
  4. Air fry for 5 minutes to set the crust.
Step 2: Make the Filling
  1. In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, egg, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 3: Air Fry the Bars
  1. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  2. Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 10–13 minutes, until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  3. Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
