Step 1: Make the Filling
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
Step 2: Prepare the Bread
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on each slice and roll tightly.
Step 3: Dip and Cook
- Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a shallow bowl.
- Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, coating all sides.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook roll-ups until golden brown on all sides, about 6–8 minutes.
Step 4: Glaze and Serve
- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze.
- Drizzle over warm roll-ups before serving.
