Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Layers
- Spread the refried beans in an even layer at the bottom of a glass serving dish or a 9×13-inch pan.
- Top with a smooth layer of guacamole.
- Spread the sour cream evenly over the guacamole layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the sour cream.
- Evenly distribute the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
- Add a layer of sliced black olives.
- Finish with chopped green onions.
Step 2: Garnish and Serve
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and jalapeño slices if desired.
- Chill until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies for dipping.
