Step 1: Cook the Beef

  1. Stir in the ketchup, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the beef broth and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
Step 3: Cook the Pasta
  1. Add the dry macaroni to the pot. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 10–12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Step 4: Serve
  1. Top with shredded cheese if desired and serve hot.
