Instructions

Step 1: Make the Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round or loaf cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, whisk together sugar, yogurt, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 2: Prepare the Frosting
  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  2. Mix until creamy and fluffy. Adjust sugar to your preferred sweetness.
Step 3: Frost and Garnish
  1. Once the cake is completely cool, spread frosting evenly over the top.
  2. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
