Step 1: Make the Dressing
- In a bowl, whisk together sour cream (or Greek yogurt), vinegar, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Step 2: Combine and Chill
- Add the sliced cucumbers and red onion to the bowl and toss until fully coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
Step 3: Serve
- Garnish with additional fresh dill if desired and serve chilled.
