Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, lemon zest, pepper, and salt until well combined.
Step 2: Form Meatballs
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1–1.5 inches in diameter. You should get around 16–20 meatballs.
Step 3: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly spray or brush the meatballs with olive oil.
- Place meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F/74°C).
Step 4: Serve
- Serve warm with lemon wedges or over rice, pasta, or salad.
