Step 1: Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
- Wash and slice sweet potatoes into even ¼-inch thick rounds (leave the skin on for extra texture).
- In a large bowl, toss rounds with olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
- Place sweet potato rounds in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy at the edges.
Step 3: Serve
- Remove and serve warm with a sprinkle of extra lemon zest or a dollop of garlic aioli.
