Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
  1. Grate potatoes and squeeze out excess water using a clean towel.
  2. In a bowl, combine grated potatoes, sliced onion, bell pepper, eggs, flour, seasoning, and oil. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2: Shape and Cook
  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Line the bottom of a small round pan or air fryer-safe dish with parchment paper and spray with oil.
  3. Press the potato mixture into the pan evenly and compact tightly.
  4. Air fry for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and firm.
Optional Finish:
  1. Flip and air fry 3–5 more minutes to crisp both sides, or broil in oven for added browning.
