Step 1: Prepare the Crab Cakes
- In a large bowl, gently mix together crab meat, biscuit mix, mayo, egg, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and herbs.
- Form into 6 patties and chill for 15 minutes to firm up (optional but helps them hold shape).
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Spray the basket and crab cakes lightly with olive oil.
- Place crab cakes in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
Step 3: Make the Lemon Butter Drizzle
- Whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, zest, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Drizzle over warm crab cakes just before serving.
