Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly moistened.
- Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill while preparing filling.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy and fully combined.
- Spoon the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
Step 3: Make the Marshmallow Whip Topping
- Whip 1 cup heavy cream with marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread or pipe over the cheesecake.
Step 4: Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set. Slice and serve chilled.
