Step 1: Make the Custard
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Dip each bread cube into the custard mixture, letting the excess drip off.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Place dipped cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden brown.
Step 3: Cinnamon Sugar Coating
- While warm, toss the cooked bites in melted butter, then roll in a mix of sugar and cinnamon.
Step 4: Make the Glaze
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla together until smooth.
- Drizzle over cinnamon bites and serve immediately.
