Spinach Garlic Meatballs Stuffed with Mozzarella

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Filling
  1. In a skillet, wilt chopped spinach over medium heat (1–2 minutes). Let cool.
  2. Mix spinach with ground beef, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, egg, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Form and Fill Meatballs
  1. Take a small scoop of mixture, flatten, and place a cube of mozzarella in the center.
  2. Seal and roll into a meatball shape.
Step 3: Air Fry
  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Lightly spray meatballs with olive oil and place in air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned and cooked through.
Step 4: Serve
  1. Serve hot with marinara sauce, pasta, or on their own with dipping sauce.
