Instructions

Step 1: Air Fry the Potatoes & Parsnips
  1. Toss potatoes and parsnips in spray oil, salt, and garlic powder.
  2. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oil.
  2. Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 14–16 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp reaches 74°C (165°F).
Step 3: Cook the Veggies
  1. Steam or microwave broccoli, carrots, and sprouts until just tender (about 5–7 minutes).
  2. Optionally, air fry them for 3–4 minutes at 190°C to give slight crispness.
Step 4: Heat the Yorkshires
  1. Add Yorkshire puddings to the air fryer for 3–5 minutes at 180°C (350°F) until hot and crispy.
Step 5: Serve
  1. Plate chicken, roasties, veg, and Yorkshires. Pour hot gravy over everything and enjoy!
