Step 1: Prepare the Beef Filling
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese. Let cool slightly.
Step 2: Assemble the Bombs
- Flatten each biscuit and place 1–2 tbsp of the beef mixture in the center.
- Pinch the edges to seal and form into a ball.
Step 3: Bake
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place bombs on a greased tray or air fryer basket. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake or air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 4: Serve
- Let cool for 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with ketchup or dipping sauce of choice.
