Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Batter
  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, egg, sugar, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
Step 2: Heat the Oil
  1. Heat oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
Step 3: Coat and Fry
  1. Dip each marshmallow into the batter using a skewer or fork to coat it completely.
  2. Gently place into the hot oil and fry for 30–45 seconds or until golden and puffed.
  3. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Step 4: Serve
  1. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce. Serve warm and enjoy!
