Cauliflower Fritters

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower
  1. Steam or boil the cauliflower until fork tender. Drain and let cool slightly.
  2. Mash the cauliflower with a fork or potato masher (leave some small chunks for texture).
Step 2: Mix the Fritter Batter
  1. In a large bowl, mix mashed cauliflower, eggs, flour, parmesan, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
Step 3: Cook the Fritters
  1. Stovetop: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of batter and flatten slightly. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  2. Air Fryer: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Spray the basket and fritters with oil. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 4: Serve
  1. Serve warm with yogurt, sour cream, or your favorite dipping sauce.
