Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Stuffed Shells

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Shells
  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
Step 2: Make the Filling
  1. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, broccoli, ricotta, Parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Fill and Arrange
    1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
    2. Fill each shell with the chicken-broccoli mixture and place in the dish.
Step 4: Top and Bake
  1. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
  2. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
